How does UV LED printer work?

The UV printer adopts the piezoelectric nozzle printing method, does not directly contact the surface of the material, and relies on the piezoelectric effect inside the nozzle to print the uv ink in the nozzle onto the surface of the material, and uses the ultraviolet light emitted by the LED lamp installed on the moving trolley. The curing of uv ink achieves the effect of hit-and-dry. Since the nozzles are precision control systems, they all use imported nozzles, which are basically imported from Japan.
1. Concavity of the screen --- The printed embossing is done by white ink accumulation. The upper color can be performed at the same time, or the white color can be increased first.
2. Ink store invisible light --- The ink is stored in a dark place, and the photocoagulant contained in the ink will react with the ultraviolet light in the light to cure. (To avoid the waste of ink, store it to be sealed from light)
3. UV curing --- The principle is not the same as the heating and drying in the traditional printing process. The UV printer uses the ultraviolet light emitted by the LED lamp to react with the coagulant in the ink to achieve ink curing, which is what we often say. It is dry and does not fade.
The basic color schemes are C (cyan), M (product), Y (yellow), K (black), plus W (white), in addition to LC light blue, LK light black, LLK light black and Spot color green, silver and other colors, according to the actual material printing pattern needs to match the appropriate color. The color software used is photoprint, montage, RIP, etc. These three software functions are similar, and are edited before the pattern is printed. Among them, because of the role of white, two functions are realized. One is the embossing effect, which uses white ink to form a high and low unevenness on the surface of the material, and then prints color on the surface. The other one is a dark color printed on a color pattern with a white ink bottom.
Because it is not in direct contact with the material, the inkjet printing method prints the ink on the surface of the material, thus widening the printing range of the material, and is no longer limited to one material, such as glass, ceramic tile, acrylic, metal, leather, etc. in daily life. Material can be printed on one machine.
