Pumpkin Pie

 stuff:
 1.Pumpking  in pieces   (200g)    2. lutinous rice flour (90g) &rice flour (10g)    3.bean-paste filling   4.sugar
step:
1.put pumpkin into microwave ovens for 8 minutes until soft.
2.add sugar and stir ,then grind into puree
3.add lutinous rice flour &rice flour
4.knead the batter into a smooth dough by hand, and then rub growth, into a casing size.
5.Flattening, package into the red bean paste
6.gently press into the pie on the chopping block.
7.pour some vegetable oil in the pan,add pumpkin pie with small fire.Fry it until golden,both side.

CARROT

Carrots contain rich nutrition.According to the investigation, every 100 grams contain protein 0.9 grams, fat 0.3 grams,carbohydrates 7.9 grams,calcium 65 mg, phosphorus 20 mg,iron 0.4 mg ,ascorbic acid 12 mg.THEREFORE,Carrots is helpful to digestion, redecing blood press, stronging heart, anti-inflammatory and anti-allergic.In addition, eat more carrots is of great benefit to prevent cancer.
Although I don't like eatting carrots, always feeling that there is a very strange taste in it.Um,I must admit that it is rich in nutrition,and I must have to eat it every week or month?Let's see some common meals made by carrots.
Carrot pancakes

It' very easy.1.Flour mix with two eggs and a little salt.2.Stir until smooth,then add carrot and some seasoner you like.3.Put into the pan with litte oil,frying it until yellow.Then,we can enjoy it.
Carrot steamed dumpling

1.Put it in the juicer to squeeze into carrot juice.2.mix the juice with flour, then place it for 20 minites.3.Divide it into several small balls,laminate it.4.Finally,pack on your favourite fillings.

No matter how much sugar included, no matter how many fat  increase after eating,the dessert will never fade in my life.
