Working environment for UV printers
UV printers have the following requirements for the operating environment:
1. Air quality. Do not have too much dust and particles in the working environment. The air mobility is small, and it will not cause air convection, which will cause flying ink. Solution: Choose a closed working environment, paint the wall white, and paint the floor to reduce dust generation!
2. Air humidity should be controlled between 30% and 50%. Do not work in a too dry environment, because it is easy to generate static electricity and affect printing results. For example, acrylic, wood, metal plates, glass, etc. are prone to static electricity. Serious Static electricity will cause the parts of the machine's print heads, motherboard, etc. to burn out!
Solution: According to the static elimination device on the machine, or the ground wire and the ground when the machine is installed, the static electricity can be prevented from burning, but it can only be prevented, but it cannot be eradicated!
3. The air temperature should be controlled between 18-30 °; it should not be too hot or too cold; too hot can cause the ink to solidify and block the nozzle; too cold will affect the ink fluency and maintain a good working temperature. The ink works in a very smooth state, which improves the life of the nozzle and ensures good printing results! Solution: In order to ensure the smoothness of the ink at low temperatures, some manufacturers use silicone heating tape to heat the secondary ink cartridges, which effectively alleviates the viscosity of the machine's working ink at low temperatures!
4. The flatness of the ground, the flatter the better. Or adjust the height of the four wheels below the machine, and then fix it! In this way, the machine will not be shaken during work to ensure print quality!
5. The voltage of the working environment. At present, the domestic market in China. The voltage in some areas is unstable. It is recommended that customers provide a transformer by themselves to prevent the electrical voltage and other electrical parts from malfunctioning due to unstable voltage or sudden power failure!
