Reactive ink digital printing process
Due to the limitations of pre-printing and after-printing processing, most inkjet printing systems use disperse dyes and transfer printing on chemical fiber fabrics (polyester and nylon), while high-end fabrics such as silk, cotton and wool are not suitable for transfer printing. Use reactive ink to print directly on the fabric.
(1) Before printing
When digital printing machines use reactive inks for direct printing, the fabric must be sizing (sizing → drying, drying temperature is controlled at 60 degrees), and the pre-treatment plays a significant role in the final printing effect and quality, so The pre-printing process must attract sufficient attention.
(2) Digital printing
At present, the inkjet printing system has two kinds of printing software, which can be selected according to the pattern and color matching. For the determination of printing accuracy, we use 360dPi and 720dpi for comparison. I feel that 360dpi particles are relatively coarse and the picture effect often fails to meet customer requirements. Therefore, we chose 720dpi accuracy for production at a speed of 2-4 m2 / min.
(3) Washing and finishing
The process of washing and finishing is similar to the process of silk printing silk fabrics, and a certain amount of antifouling and fixing agents should be added during washing. When using a hot air tenter for finishing, an appropriate amount of softener can be added according to customer requirements to improve the feel.
Digital printing equipment requirements for venue and environment:
Because the piezo print heads used by digital printing machines are quite fine and are prone to plugging, there are certain requirements for the site environment. On the one hand, it should be arranged in a dust-proof environment as much as possible. According to our experience in practice, the relative humidity should be 45% -75% CH. Generally speaking, the site needs to be equipped with a suitable humidifier. The room temperature is controlled at about 19-28 ℃.
