Sublimation printtable textiles collection

Textile sublimation is a technique that has existed since the 60's and although few know it can be carried out with multiple techniques such as screen printing, offset, flexography and rotogravure, its discovery was derived from a defect that was found when the synthetic fibers were dyed, Ing.

When we talk about textile printing we have to go back to the origin of textiles and its use by human beings, man has always used the fibers he has at hand to make yarns, fabrics and with them clothes.
The main materials that were used to create clothes, were first the skin, then wool, silk, hair of animals (like llama) and later cotton, linen, hemp or jute were used, which are long fibers that contain in their cellulose composition and that can be spun.
All fibers must be long enough to be spun, that is, they must have a minimum length. When this does not happen there would be a waste of something that could be called eras, so chemical means were invented that allowed the union of these cellulose fibers to achieve spinning and turning them into fabrics.

These textiles can already be called artificial fabrics, cellulose acetate fiber is an example of this. This is obtained from pure cellulose derived from the waste or from the remains of cotton, which is dissolved under the action of an acid and a catalyst. The product thus obtained is dried and dissolved in the acetone to prepare a filtering solution. After filtering, the solution is passed through small dies (such as small holes) to later travel through a column of hot air where the acetone evaporates, leaving solid filaments of cellulose acetate. These filaments are subjected to torsional operations and are wound into coils in the form of a thread ready to be used in textiles, without the need for any other chemical treatment, thus the acetate fabric is obtained. An example of these textiles we had in the linings of the tailor suits where it was commonly used.
With the arrival of petroleum products, synthetic fibers were invented, such as nylon, which at first tried to imitate silk, acrylic that tried to imitate wool and Polyester, which was a fiber with the possibility of achieving different textures.
