Pigment ink direct textile printing solution

Sublimation transfer technology can basically solve the printing of chemical fiber materials. For digital printing of pure cotton fabrics, only direct and heat transfer paper are used. This section mainly introduces the development of direct injection technology.
The direct digital printing machine is the simplest one in digital printing. It can be printed directly on the fabric. The fabric does not need to be pre-treated. After printing, the fabric can be dried and fixed.

Pigment inks have the following advantages over dye-sub inks:
1. It is versatile for different fibers.
Different fibers require different dye inks, and the paint inks are suitable for a variety of fiber fabrics.
2. The application process is simple.
Pigment inks for fabric inkjet printing do not require complex pre- and post-treatment processes, inkjet printing directly on the fabric, and then simply baking.
3, no sewage discharge, is conducive to environmental protection.
After the inkjet printing is fixed, the coating does not produce floating color on the fiber, so there is no need to wash it like a dye ink to remove the floating color.
4, light fastness is good.
After the pigment ink is sprayed onto the fabric, it is present on the fibers in the form of fine particles, so that it is not easily decomposed by light, and even if the molecules of the outer layer of the particles are decomposed by light, the inner layer maintains the color. Dye inks are different. After the ink is sprayed onto the fibers, they dye the fibers in a molecular state, and most of them are present in the fibers in a molecular state or relatively loose aggregates, so they are easily decomposed by light.
However, unlike dye sublimation inks, pigment inks display color on the surface of the fibers by tiny coating particles. Therefore, the color performance of pigment inks is worse than that of dye inks. It is difficult for general pigment inks, especially domestic inks, to meet customer requirements. Only imported inks can be used to display colorful colors.
