Why can't let sublimation paper exposed to high temperature for a long time?

Be sure to let the ink dry sufficiently during heat transfer. Do not expose the thermal transfer paper to high temperature for a long time before transferring, otherwise, the viscosity will drop sharply.
Sublimation transfer paper usage:
1. Use sublimation ink to print the pattern on the heat transfer paper and wait for it to dry.
2. Place the printed paper on the fabric to be transferred (the printing side faces the fabric) and press it with a heat transfer machine or a roller printing machine at a temperature of 210~230 degrees Celsius (refers to the surface temperature of the hot plate or roller ), the time near 25 seconds. At this time, the fabric will stick to the paper. After it cools slightly, tear the paper apart and the pattern will be transferred to the fabric.

The viscosity of the sublimation paper will change under different temperature and humidity conditions. If the viscosity is too high, you can wait for 1-2 minutes or longer after pressing it and then tear it apart. Sublimation paper can be widely used in various chemical fibers and blended fabrics, especially for elastic fabrics. It is best to transfer within 24 hours after printing.
Dye-sublimation transfer paper has a strong moisture absorption ability. Please be sure to store it in a plastic bag sealed in a cool place with a humidity of less than 70%, and prevent direct sunlight.
