1: Is UV ink environmentally friendly?

Front-line operators wear protective gloves, eye protection, protective aprons and protective boots to avoid direct contact between uv ink and the body.
2: What is the difference between uv ink and weak solvent ink?
UV inks and weak solvent inks are two different printing consumables. The uv ink can be sprayed directly onto the surface of the material to form a coating. The weak solvent ink needs to be wiped off before printing the pattern. Even after printing the pattern, it needs to be placed in the oven for high temperature baking and drying, and the rejection rate is high.

3: How long is the uv printed image in the outdoor shelf life?
Generally, it can be guaranteed for 5-8 years (no post-treatment process such as laminating, varnish, etc.)). The shelf life of the image has a lot to do with the outdoor environment. If the outdoor environment is very bad, such as frequent sun exposure, rain, wind, and other factors, the shelf life may be less than 2 years. The indoor uv printer image has a shelf life of at least 10 years. Of course, the quality of uv ink will also affect the shelf life of the outdoor. The storage time of the expensive uv ink is longer than that of the domestic uv ink.
4. How to store the uv ink level?
The uv ink should be placed in a cool, ventilated place indoors, placed on the shelf, and not placed in the place, which easily causes the internal ink to solidify and precipitate. At the same time, it is not allowed to press on the top, and it is not allowed to put open fire and flammable items nearby.
5. Can uv ink be replaced at will?
No, blind replacement of uv ink not only reduces the quality of the print pattern, but also shortens the life of the nozzle. If it is serious, it will directly cause the nozzle to be clogged and scrapped. The hazard to the entire ink system is also very large.
