1, Ink.
Generally speaking the ink we use might be determined by the print head in some degree. Different print head may require different inks. The new 50gsm Sublimation paper is suitable for Sublimation ink with high density, and is compatible with the ordinary ones at the same time. Both type of inks can achieve excellent printings.
2, Pattern of printing
Floral printing or light color printing is thought to be the most ideal pattern of printing that can be printed on 50gsm Sublimation paper we offer, that is because such a thin paper under heavy load of inks might contribute to bad printing results, and even damage the print head if with complicated printings or dark color printings.
3, Transfer means
50gsm Sublimation paper should be used with Roll-Roll transfer process, which can highly increase the transfer efficiency. And we usually have jumbo rolls to simplify the transfer procedure.
And for our 50gsm sublimation paper is designed for high speed printer like MS-JP4, Mimaki TS300P-1800, due to its lower ink consumption and higher transfer yield,and less cost-consumption of labors. This kind of paper is much lighter, and we can make 200 /1000/2000/5000 meters per roll, so you do not have to change the paper roll so often.
